The next chapter of the emaar evolution is here! Taking charge of their own destiny through the digital medium, Upacci Records makes available for the first time the entire emaar catalogue online.
We have now listed a total of 31 tracks into 6 catalogue items, which are available to anyone, anywhere and at anytime!! These items include two, 10 track studio albums "Paradise" and "New Day" as well as 4 singles "Love Me Crazy", "Fade", "Only You" and the brand new release "Hunger", which is currently being heavily promoted on JOY FM 94.9. The singles include various remixes and bonus tracks which are not available on the two studio albums. A more comprehensive detailing of each of these catologue items is listed on this site's STORE.
emaar sincerely believe that the World Wide Web can be, and is already proving to be the key to the revolution confronting the music industry today. Artists all over the world are taking more control of their own music as well as trying to give more back to their fans. This is why, if you go to our downloads section, you will see that emaar have made available 9 tracks for free download. This represents almost 25% of our catalogue!! For every three tracks you buy, you have one free to download. The setting up of accounts at the DMS is relatively simple, so please don't be afraid. A little patience is all that is required.
We would like to thank the many friends, family and fans who have given us so much support over the years. We hope that these developments will be seen as recognition of that support. Ashley at Central Station Records, who started the big time ball rolling for us, we say thanks. To Nova, FOX FM and Fresh FM for their support. To Damian Nicholas and all at JOY FM, your tireless support of the emaar cause has left us speechless at times (which is truly saying something!!). emaar would also like to thank John Wain at The Market Hotel, Prahran and the lovely, inspiring and damn sexy DJ Josh for their support in helping to present the emaar show. To all the musicians and producers who have contributed to our recordings (a special mention to Andrew Dannaoui) once again we say thanks. A big thanks to Darren at The LAD who will be overseeing the running of this website and helping to keep emaar more in touch with you, our fans.
Much work has gone into this, the next chapter of the emaar story and we hope that you all enjoy the ride. New material is currently being worked on and we hope to bring it to you sometime in 2006. So watch this space......and love each other!!
